Any customer purchasing or using Synotronics product(s) shall indemnify and hold Synotronics and its officers, employees, related companies, affiliates and distributors harmless against all claims, costs, damages, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of, directly or indirectly, any claim of loss, personal injury or death associated with such unintended or unauthorized use, even if such claim alleges that Synotronics was negligent regarding the design or manufacture of the relevant product(s).
Products of Synotronics Pty. Ltd. are not designed for use in life support appliances, devices or systems, where malfunction can result in personal injury. Customers using or selling Synotronics products for use in such applications do so at their own risk and agree to fully indemnify Synotronics for any damages resulting from such improper use or sale.
Warranty
Synotronics provides a 1 year warranty for the SynoLog and SynoProbe products it manufactures, covering replacement or repair when returned to Synotronics from the date of sale. Synotronics products have been tested to ensure correct operation but customers using or selling Synotronics products do so at their own risk and agree to fully indemnify Synotronics for any damages resulting in the event of failure of the products.
